Looking for: Business Development team member with: * Experience in B2B sales and commercialization, ideally in battery materials, industrial manufacturing or deep tech. * The ability to identify customers, secure paid pilots and build long-term industry partnerships. * Strong business planning and financial modelling skills to support our EXIST application and investor preparation. * A hands-on, collaborative approach, working closely with our CEO and technical team to bring our inks and coated electrodes to market. - SCORE is developing next-generation sodium-ion cathode materials designed for high energy density, strong low-temperature performance, and scalable European manufacturing. Our goal is to enable a competitive and more resilient European sodium-ion battery supply chain.
Looking for: Chemical or Process Engineer, ideally with experience in battery materials, powders, or specialty chemicals Hands-on experience with scale-up of precipitation processes, including CSTRs, dosing, mixing, filtration, washing, and drying. Understanding of pilot-plant design, equipment selection, P&IDs, process control, and basic HAZOP/EHS requirements. Comfortable translating a laboratory synthesis into a robust, reproducible, and scalable production process. Experience with powder processing and thermal treatment/calcination is a strong advantage. Practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to work closely with scientists, technicians, equipment suppliers, and external manufacturing partners. Interest in joining an early-stage deep-tech venture and helping build a European sodium-ion cathode manufacturing process from pilot to industrial scale.
