Uzbekistan is ranked #1 in the world by ecosystem growth rate (StartupBlink). Vsevolod Li, Representative in Europe of IT Park Uzbekistan, gives a short tour of the ecosystem behind that number - 3,800+ IT Park resident companies, 1,000+ digital startups, two unicorns and a fast-growing venture scene - and shows where European startups and investors can plug in.
Most early-stage startups don't need a dedicated data team or a sophisticated data platform. But decisions made when building the first product, databases, analytics, and tracking can either make future data work easy or create years of technical debt. We’ll talk about when to hire your first data person, buy vs. build, what data to collect, GDPR and data retention, and how to prepare for future analytics and AI without overengineering today. I’ll also look at regulated industries such as health and life sciences, where failing to collect the right evidence early can become a serious business problem later.
Hi, I’m Gabriella! I’m a systems operator working at the intersection of business strategy, product, operations and AI-native environments.
I help founders and teams transform ambiguity, fragmented information and operational complexity into clear workflows, decision infrastructure and coordinated execution.
Most recently, I joined Attuned for a short launch-stage operating engagement, working closely with the founding team across operational foundations, AI-enabled internal systems, launch and community operations, user research, cross-functional coordination, external partners and special projects.
Most of my work happens in fast-moving, high-ambiguity contexts where structure is still emerging. In practice, this often means:
• designing workflows and operating systems from scratch
• connecting product, GTM, onboarding and internal operations
• building AI-assisted automations and continuity systems
• structuring information for faster decision-making
• coordinating people, partners and delivery across shifting priorities
