This is a special Thursday Gathering, bringing together founders, investors, creatives, corporates, and ecosystem leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities between Germany, Sri Lanka, and the wider Asian innovation ecosystem.
Organised in collaboration with the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Germany and the Sri Lanka Export Development Board, the event creates an open and welcoming platform for meaningful connections, business exchange, and cross-border collaboration — showcasing opportunities, talent, and innovation from Sri Lanka while strengthening links with Berlin’s vibrant international startup and innovation community.

How is AI changing who can become a founder — and what kind of companies can succeed across borders? Bringing together perspectives from Central Asian Women Hub, Female Founders Berlin, and the IT Kurultai, this panel explores where AI creates real opportunities for founders, what should remain human, and whether it can help entrepreneurs from smaller ecosystems compete globally. The conversation will also look at what startup ecosystems in Asia and Europe can learn from one another, followed by questions from the audience.
Co-hosted by Central Asian Women Hub × Female Founders Berlin
