Dipl.-Psych. Caroline Große
Psychologist & Process-oriented Coach
To me, coaching & training based on process-oriented psychology are the most efficient tools to gain more freedom in one\' s life - based on awareness, trust and self-responsibility. Born and raised in Berlin, I went to London after my high school graduation for a trilateral peace service with the ARSP. In the living community with people with and without disabilities, I learned first and foremost the importance of being aware of and communicating needs and boundaries. These topics remain at the core of my work. I started my psychology degree at the University of Potsdam in 2008. But I was soon drawn to foreign shores again. During my exchange year in Utrecht, I especially enjoyed the openness and gezelligheid of the Dutch people and attended courses in economics and sociology in addition to my major. For the first time, I got to know the term for what I envisioned in my professional future through a course in coaching and training: Accompanying people in forming fulfilling relationships, unleashing their creative power and embracing their authentic life and leadership style. Back in Berlin, I focused my studies on educational psychology to understand more about human development and learning. In addition, I began working in psychosocial contact and counselling centres, creating psychoeducational training and group offers alongside psychological individual counselling, and took up a coaching internship. After finishing my diploma, I completed the three-year in-service training N-Process® facilitation and process-oriented coaching at the same institute. I brought the methods and attitudes I had gained directly into my job as a job coach with young adults and people with refugee experience. In process-oriented psychology I have found a relationship-based, humanistic and person-centered approach and methodology that complement my scientific studies and have had a significant impact on my personal life and psychological work. In order to make process work accessible to a broad audience here in Germany, I dedicate myself with great pleasure to experience- and exchange-based seminar design for universities, companies, institutions and associations. In my trainings and courses I create meeting and exchange spaces where learning is experience-based, relational, easy and can be experienced with joy. I make my insights and values available to you in my coaching practice as well as in my trainings and seminars, because I am convinced of their lasting effects from my own experience and several years of working with people from various backgrounds. Even through small discoveries and changes you can open up great creative potential for yourself. With this in mind, I invite you: Let us unfold great potential!
