Opening THURSDAY GATHERING #50 AsiaBerlin Community Event: Fintech Without Borders, Rainer Seider and Timon Rupp, set the stage for an evening of global connection and innovation. Bringing together perspectives from public leadership and international ecosystem building, they will welcome the community and highlight the importance of cross-border collaboration in shaping the future of fintech between Asia and Berlin.

Expansion Lab is a program of AsiaBerlin, powered by betahausX, which helps Berlin-based startups, investors, and research institutions to enter key Asian markets through strategic business connections.
The program is in its 3rd year and has already supported 60+ startups and ecosystem players from Berlin to build connections on Asian markets. the Expansion Lab opens trusted doors to markets which are otherwise hard to access.
This year the program focuses on the markets of: India, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, organized into two batches.
Each batch combines an online element: virtual onboarding led by experts from the target markets, with a high-value onsite trip which includes a visit to a major tech event in the country. This combination is making the market entry efficient and focused on developing the overseas business.
