Right now my focus is on building teamscape®, a product from The Inclusive Leadership Institute. This diagnostic tool/experience turns team behavioural patterns into concrete collaboration habits. My role is to take this from concept and early development toward go-to-market. Alongside this, I consult on leadership and culture transformation at the Inclusive Leadership Institute, and have led HR functions and worked as Senior HRBP for Berlin tech scale-ups.
Executive and leadership coaching is also part of my work; 1:1 support through transitions and performance challenges.
I practice and read widely outside HR: fashion design, cognitive science, sociology, theology, creative arts.
